Misean Cara is an international and Irish faith-based missionary movement working with some of the most marginalised and vulnerable communities in developing countries. We are working to realise human rights through delivery of basic services in the areas of education, health, livelihoods and income generation, as well as through advocacy, networking and community mobilisation. Our movement is made up of 91 member organisations working in over 50 countries.
In 2017, Misean Cara is commissioning an Effectiveness Review of ten projects supporting the realisation of girls’ equal education rights. These projects are based in the following countries: Malawi, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ghana and Benin.
Misean Cara invites interested parties with the relevant skills and experience to tender. Tender proposals will be welcomed from individuals, consortia or agencies with demonstrable technical expertise and a track-record in conducting evaluations of a similar scope, type and scale.
